Jump In and Start Swimming  grew out of James P. Naughton's work with college students during the years following the '08 and '09 Financial Crisis.

Drawing on talks, one-on-one conversations and lessons from his own career, the book encourages readers to move forward even when they are uncertain about the path ahead.

Written in a direct, conversational style. it is about confidence, persistence, relationships and taking the first step rather than waiting until everything seems perfectly planned.
